	Varsity Restaurant and Bar

	The Varsity offers a huge selection of lunch sandwiches and dinners, including anything from a classic Reuben to a plate of chilaquiles. They also offer lunch specials with free delivery around the square for anyone stuck at work. Their main claim to fame, however, is their steak selection. They have a 12 oz. New York Strip and if that is not big enough or the cut you desire, they also have Sirloin steaks which they'll bring to your table and hand-cut at your table to the exact size your stomach desires, so there is no excuse for leaving the Varsity hungry. Open Monday - Friday from 11:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. for lunch and again from 4:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday, on Friday they are open until 9:00 p.m. and until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday. 214 W Franklin St. 419-673-1174
